Located on the 33rd floor, it has superb views of Emirates Golf Club, you can actully see people playing golf! You can see as far as 25 kilometers - Burj Dubai - the highest tower in the world! The building has 5 star facilities - three swimming pools of varying depths, sauna, steam, billiards and pool table, children's play area etc. Kitchen was fully equipped with cooking ware and crockery. It is 50 paces from a supermarket and a lot of small cafés and restaurants. It is 50 paces from the dock with which offers different kinds of boat trips, both site seeing, speed boat- and fishing trips. The apartment complex has a pool, but you are also in walking distance of the beach, which we enjoyed a lot. If you are into clubbing, there is one called "Buddha bar". It is nice though that you do not hear it :) Taxis are available at the front door of the apartment building, so when you need to visit e.g. a mall you just step out of the door and hail a cab. When renting the apartment the owner offered to meet us even though we arrived late. When the maid took over towels, the owner personally brought us new towels. We received a very good service from both the front desk and the owner and if we will go to Dubai again, this apartment will be first choice." We also appreciated the spaciousness and amenities that a hotel doesn't offer including the full kitchen and washing machine/dryer, while still including hotel amenities such as a pool, gym, and even a children's playroom. The location is perfect! The building is next to a very nice grocery store which begins the 'Marina Walk' that includes at least a dozen restaurants and cafes.
