The price here is generally cheaper than the Marina due to the ongoing construction, the road diversions that go with this and the lack of community and leisure facilities that have yet to be built.
This area offers excellent hence value for those seeking to live in this location (vicinity of Marina, Media City, Emirate Hills) with a compromise of the lack of onsite facilities and views of some construction sites.
