Emirates Hills is a superbly located, largely villa and golf community located just behind the Dubai Marina/Jumierah Lake Towers area. The communities have excellent facilities and make ideal family accomodation.
Dubai Villas - Emirates Hills
Emirates Hills has distinct communities:
Emirates Hills: One of the most prestigious areas in Dubai. Very large villas and mansions with views of the golf course. One of the most expensive and exclusive addresses in Dubai and home to the super rich.
Meadows:Â Villa community with only detached villas that are mid-large in size. Typically 4-5 bedroom villas with decent size private gardens. Views of golf courses and small lakes. Expensive and sought after accommodation.
Lakes: Villa community with detached villas that are mid sized. Typically 3-4 bedroom villas that sit on with view of large lakes that are a feature of this community.
Springs: Villa community of semi-detached villas or townhouses. These range from 2-4 bedroom villas. Each villas comes with a small garden and a garage. Amongst the most affordable community villas in Dubai for small families. When finding a villa in the Springs, please note that the Springs is by far the largest of the communities in Emirate Hills. Owing to this , the Springs can stretch right back away from the Marina towards Emirates Road.
These communities are now mature with beautiful streets lined with trees, lakes and pavements - useful for a stroll, run or for walking the dog.
There are many onsite facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts and play areas that are available free of charge for community resident's use. There are also a few supermarkets, restaurants, health clubs and schools in the area that make it very attractive for family living.
Dubai Apartments - Emirates Hills
The apartment offerings in Emirates Hills consist of the low rise Greens community. These Greens offer good quality but not luxurious accommodation with ample on site community facilities that are geared towards family living. There are a few new high rise towers (The Links, the Views) that have views of the golf courses and the Dubai Marina / sea. A popular and well located area that is more reasonably priced compared to the Dubai Marina and offers a more serene atmosphere.
