Emirate Hills, Dubai Short-term accommodation tips.
Prices here a little bit more affordable than the Marina and the Palm Jumeirah. Apartments are commonly let out in a low rise development called the 'Greens'. These are average/good apartments. There development has lots of trees and neighbouring golf course to give it a European country feel.
There are also a few tall towers that look over the golf course that fall under the same price range as the Greens.
The Springs villas are townhouses that offer good value for those seeking a bit more privacy or coming over with a family or lots of friends. Emirates Hills is also good for people looking for larger villas but they are rarely available for short term rent.
Unless living in the Greens, it is not generally convenient to walk to the retail outlets or the restaurants. You will find yourself using more taxis unless you have hired a rental car.
