 Area Description
Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) owes its name largely to four winding, man-made lakes that create a vibrant waterfront environment for this new community. Jumeirah Lakes Towers is situated adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road opposite the Dubai Marina Community.
The towers within Jumierah Lake Towers are all of a very high build and construction standard. The facilities on offer in each building are very good. There is still no retail on site but plenty nearby. However, Jumierah Lake Towers is still a work in progress. While there necessarily isn't a huge amount of construction, the lake has yet to be fully filled and the roads are still heavily diverted.
However, because of this, the prices for JLT are much lower than the neigbouring Marina district. The buildings are luxurious and have terrific views of the Marina and the sea in one direction, and of the golf course in the other.

JLT is close to Mall of the Emirates and very close to Ibn Battuta Mall and all of Dubai's new attractions. It will also be possible to walk to the Dubai Marina on foot once the foot bridge opens as the Marina is merely on the other side of Sheikh Zayed Road.Â
