The most popular development on the Palm is the Shoreline apartments due to the good views, facilities and the beach access they provide. With a range of new apartments on the Palm, the very first thing to check is whether the apartment comes with beach access. All the Palm Shoreline apartments have complimentary beach access. Some of the other developments on the Palm such as Marina Residences and the Golden Mile may or may not have complimentary beach access.

Where beach access is permitted, ensure the  arranges for an electronic access key to be able to access the beach. The beaches are private and the are protected using the electronic key system.  All the apartments also have access to outdoor pools and high quality gyms.

Another key consideration when choosing an apartment is to know whether it has sea views or not. Approximately 50% of the apartments do not have sea views and this can make a huge difference on holiday. The prices should take in to consideration and be reflective of the view.
