Dubai Rentals Process
The process for Dubai rentals is relatively simple and is becoming highly regulated by the government for the benefit of all. The tenant typically pays all utilities and telecommunication bills while the landlord typically pays for the service and maintenance of the property. Dubai rent for short term rentals require a direct payment to the owner or the property management agency. Dubai rent for long term property rentals require that the tenant has Dubai residency, passport copy and potentially post dated cheques to cover future Dubai rent payments. All lease agreements must be based on the RERA issued Dubai rent contracts.
